Project purpose:

The purpose of the project is to increase the competitiveness of SMALT IT company through implementation of the ISO 27001 standard. The problem of an uncertified management system will be solved by aligning business processes with the information security management standard, which will ensure greater data protection, business resilience and client trust.

The project will enable greater service security and improve the perception of reliability among existing and new clients. The goal is to attract new customers, increase revenue and exports, and long-term improve business processes, whereby the Company will strengthen its market position and competitive advantage.
